About Me

No relation to the evil empire☺... I'm a Midwestern refugee who became a New York actor.

Some recent gigs include Jeff Lipsky's new feature film, Mad Women, the pilot, The Miracle, and the films, Hide Your Smiling Faces, Slumberland, and Facing the Wave; and the Fox Television series, New Amsterdam (Mary Worth).

After graduating from Syracuse University and Oberlin Theatre Institute, I moved to the East Coast to attend the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. Upon graduation from AADA, I began my New York theatre career in loads of Way-Off, Off-Off and Off-Broadway theatres. In 1995, I co-founded the 11th Hour Company, a 501(c) theatre company in Manhattan. I starred in and produced several contemporary American plays around Manhattan. I was starring as Beth in the 11th Hour production of Sam Shepard's A Lie of the Mind when I met my manager, Karen Gunn of Soiree Fair, Inc.

I've spent the last ten years working primarily in television and film. I've landed commercial roles for many national brands including Bayer, SC Johnson and Simon Malls. I've worked on numerous industrial film projects for major national and international corporations such as Pfizer, Jackson Hewitt and the Atlantic Companies. During the last couple of years, I've concentrated on episodic television and independent film work.

I currently live in Hoboken, NJ with my daughters. In my spare time, I coach fellow actors and public speakers, volunteer as a community organizer and advocate for the homeless and hungry in Northern New Jersey. For fun, I do lots of yoga and act like a tourist with my family in the city I love, New York.
